Nagtibba or the ‘Mountain of the Serpent’, placed in the lesser Himalayan region is a wonderful experience for adventure seekers. Nag Tibba Trek Distance and Route

There are four routes to the Nag Tibba summit:

  • Pantwari Village (Most popular)
  • Devalsari Village
  • Aunter Route
  • Manglori Village

Pantwari route is preferred as it is the shortest and well-marked. The trail is scenic with oak, rhododendron forests and clear views of Himalayan snow peaks.

Important note: Always trek in daylight, especially during winter or dense-forest patches to avoid wildlife encounters.

Best Time to Visit Nag Tibba

  • Winter (December to February): Snow trekking, very scenic but slightly challenging
  • Spring (March to April): Rhododendron flowers in full bloom
