Payyoli Beach
The beautiful stretch of golden sands and swinging palm trees at Payyoli Beach, in Kozhikode can take your breath away with its astounding surroundings and pleasant atmosphere. During November and December, hordes of the endangered Olive Ridley turtles come to this place to lay eggs.
A lot of tourists visit this place to catch a glimpse of these beautiful turtles and to check a nature conservation center, 'Theeram', started by the fishermen to save these turtles.
