Hiyangthang Lairembi Temple
Hiyangthang Lairembi Temple was located at Hiyangthang under Imphal West District on the occasion of Bor today. The is temple perched on a small hillock and is dedicated to the Goddess Hiyangthang Lairembi. It is an important place of worship for the Meitei community residing in Manipur. The temple is built by perching on a tiny hillock. Since early morning, thousands of devotees gathered outside the temple complex waiting for their turn to get inside where Sandhi Puja of the Mera lunar month of the Manipuri calendar was offered at the Temple.
