Kaleidoscope Travel Consultants provides all assistance
to our clients to obtain visas for travel to any country to
which the Government of India permits travel.
Barring certain peculiar requirements for travel to
certain countries, details of which will be indicated
separately, documents required in general are listed below :
- The applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months at time of applying for visa.
- One visa form.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Confirmed return / onward air ticket.
- A covering letter from employer on company’s letterhead (signed by the authorised signatory) stating designation of person applying, since when employed, salary per month and leave sanction.
- The holiday entitlement should also be mentioned.
- A hotel booking giving name, address and telephone numbers of the hotel.
- Original overseas health and accident insurance valid for the stay in the Schengen- State(s).
- Original latest income tax return form with its photocopy and original latest bank statement / printout of current account, bank statement of savings accounts, statement of credit cards, including address and telephone number of the bank should also be submitted.
